No AC, room was horribly stuffy. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat. People in the parking lot late at night yelling and carrying on. People up early yelling, honking and guests dogs barking. No security to control guests.

The staff was rude when I called at 1pm to see if I can get a downstairs for my legally blind husband shed was very rude hung up on me didnt want to help me out that is very unprofessional of her shed needs to be fired shed obviously didnt care to help out with special accommodations I had while making this reservation a day before arriving also the ac didnt work in any of the room was supposed to come with a microwave and refrigerator y are u having us pay extra for item that we didnt have in rooms ac should have been fix once it broke the guy said its been out for a while now 04-20-24

My daughters room had an adjoining door but not to our room and both my wife and my daughters were scared so we did not use the room intended for my wife and I, we all slept in the one room, as they felt safer us all being together.
