Positives: Great free breakfast offering. Enjoyed that. All the personal were professional and welcoming. Marriott usually gets that right. The bath/toilet room was really cramped. There was no privacy for two people in the morning if one gets up early. I like the kitchen facility that allowed me to make my morning smoothie and keep refrigerated groceries cool in the spacious refrigerator.

Negatives: Internet was very poor. For a high end hotel chain, their technical offerings were below par. In the four years since I stayed at a Marriott, you would think the digital systems would be greatly improved, especially with the huge profits they are making. I will book Holiday Inn express going forward. The bathroom and kitchen was clean but grout and other details were needing some work. Generally the property was dated.

Positives: Had full kitchenette, large space. Bed was nice. TV had netflix, but no account. can you get a cooperate hotel account for netflix? That would improve the TV option.

Negatives: Bathroom was old. room smelled bad, need fresh air and hepa filter breakfast was very basic. Need more real food options. Almond milk would be nice, and real muffins from costco.
