Was in the area for a continuing ed clinic. Did not stay at the host motel as it was too pricey. Homewood offered more for less and it was within walking distance. Will return yearly when attending the conference.

My home away from home ! Love this place. So close to dining, the mall, water slides. Perfect place to stay for a staycation. Free breakfast is included.

Room was spacious and not overcrowded.
Negatives:
The bathroom was dirty had hairs on the shower wall from shaving possibly a man or women's legs. The walls had spilled coffee on the trim to my eye level I'm 5'3. Just didn't make me feel clean.
