The room and bathroom was clean and the temperature was cool when making my arrival.
Negatives:
Credit card was charged before my arrival and declined. Credit card company notified me and staff at front desk of motel really couldn’t help with the explanation. Kind of stupid.
Room was right by staircase and heard slamming doors all night and and early morning hours.
The carpet on the second floor in the hallway is a major trip hazard throughout the entire building and it is an accident waiting to happen. Huge liability with Hyatt house

Everything. Great beds, quiet rooms and the hotel and grounds (swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court and fire pit area) were lovely. Grounds let me into the pool area to take pictures without me asking. The breakfast was great too (two kinds of scrambled eggs-one with cheese, spinach and red peppers, pancakes, sausage and potatoes to start with) Too many things to list that we loved - we will be back!
