Location is fantastic- right across the street from tons of restaurants and very convenient. Room was comfortable - your basic hotel room, but clean and roomy.
Negatives:
Check in took forever, the agent struggled to check us in and it took about a half hour. That was pretty annoying as it was late, we were hungry and wanted to go to dinner.

In my past life (I'm 77) I worked in hospitality and was rated #3 in the nation for guest satisfaction, so I inspected with a "white glove" knowing you'd want a report! Only one suggestion (NOT complaint!)... The carpets need to be cleaned! Otherwise, impeccable!!! Even the AC filters were clean! Finally; the walls appear to be 6" construction = QUIET! I felt like I was the only person staying in your wonderful property! I recommended it to the person I came to see and I'm confident he and his wife will come visit ever so often! He actually Googled your hotel at the time I raved to him what an excellent choice I made after checking your reviews! THANK-YOU Sumit, ET AL... BTW, the drive area was being pressure washed when I arrived... because they care about putting their best foot forward!

My only complaint was the pillows were flat and the bed was hard. Get some better pillows. Also they were supposed to have breakfast starting shortly before I left but I didn't see breakfast anywhere. I mostly just wanted coffee.

The location was perfect for us as was planned. Restaurants and retailers were in easy walking distance. Although I didn't come prepared with the correct adaptor, EVgo charging stations were available.
