Didn’t have breakfast.
Negatives:
Could have left me a packet of decaf coffee instead of making me go down and ask for one. Could have had a microwave so I had a way to heat water for my tea without having it taste like all the coffee that’s been brewed in that coffeemaker in the room. That’s it. Everything else was fine.

Got the bait and switch. I booked through booking.com. the hotel said they didn't get the reservation, so they would book a separate reservation so we had a room. They later said they won't honor the booking.com rate and charged us a lot more for three nights. Is this supposed to be a co-marketing partnership? Someone needs to be fired.

We paid extra for breakfast and the kitchen was closed. The hotel had no staff to run it.
Our king bedroom only had inches to walk by the hide a bed. No room to move.

It was clean inside nice lobby dogs were allowed

They said it was a king suite but my bed was maybe a full we had a hard time sleeping in a small bed it was uncomfortable. My suite also did not have a microwave that other rooms had also I was told my suite was given to another family because they checked in the night before and asked not to be moved even though they laid for a double queen . I also had a homeless person screaming outside my window for a couple of hrs on there property woke and told them I looked outside and his shopping cart was sitting out there waiting . And the second night the cops were literally searching outside the same window with flashlights at 2am as a chase was happening. Although the hotel was clean and nice.

The rooms were fairly updated and comfortable. Great location. Coffee maker and fridge in room.

Nightly parking fee, no microwave in room, my room stunk, the closet was inconveniently situated behind the open bathroom door, the towels were not soft at all - like sandpaper, poor quality toiletries.
