Positives:
The room was clean which is the biggest deal to us. Staff was helpful got us a room for handicap on the bottom floor. Travel to San Francisco a lot and this room is in a good location in between SF and Yosemite National park which we live close to. Will definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
Bed was not that comfortable but everyone is different, so me being uncomfortable might be good for someone else.

The room was clean. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well. The free breakfast was decent. What I like the best was the customer service.
I had a plumbing issue during my stay and they took care of it right away and continuously checked on me to make sure everything was fine which I really appreciated.
Negatives:
The one thing I didn't like is if it's right next to the freeway you can hear the cars at night. However I still was able to sleep pretty well but for a light sleeper it could be a problem. They do provide ear plugs.

Toilet was broken and the young man at the desk that took my call never got back to so I had to fix it myself. Too much highway noise.
