Under construction, door key cards didnt work consistently, outside doors didnt lock or cards didnt work, I was threatened with being escorted off the premises because I wouldnt get out of bed and go to the office to swipe my card. Age 73, female

Only thing was hotel employee the final person I talked to.She helped straiten out the final insult. Being told at 10:30:at nite I had to navigate the outside construction zone to the office to swipe my card or they would send someone to escort me out.Im 73.

Hotel was under renovation & this wasnt disclosed in a visable manner at booking. Should never have been open for business. No restaurant as stated, security on entrance doors was lacking, phone, keycards didnt work.

It was undergoing complete renovation and was a mess. Exterior parking area was too dark and access from off property too easy. Cumbersome door access from exterior. Again area too darkThe room was bland and felt like a Motel 6 from the 1980's.

the hotel is under renovation so the check-in experience and the ovrall experience was somewhat subdued. But the rooms have just been renovated and the facilities were extremely upt ot date. Teh staff were extremely apologetic about the experience

They charged me 71.00 and I have no idea why. They held 100.00 for deposit and 1 week later they charged me 71.00 and I have no idea why. I wouldn't ever stay there ever again.

The quality of this hotel has dramatically declined. It reeked of heavy cleaning products but still didn't smell fresh, was noisy throughout the night so I couldn't sleep, had an old microwave and tables in the room were sticky.

The room smelt terrible and it seemed as if the staff was aware as there was an industrial fan in the room for what seemed to be there to help air out the room. The smell was rancid and or as if mold or some sort of build up was in the carpet or walls.

was forced to move after a coupke days due to construction which I shoukd have never been placed there in first place when staying a week. Second i was put in a room that was much older and staf does not clean bathrooms well. found alot of hair in 2 tubs
