Almost trip and fall down the stairs trying to bring my luggage up to the Third floor. Would not have booked the place h

The room is spacious, and good for a group of family. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The egg counter was not open daily, and the pancake were not supplied as per your staff said. For the boiled egg, prefer with the shell on. The floor was not cleaned even though after the housekeeping, the footprint was still be found on the floor in toilet.

We stayed in a suite, and it exceeded our expectations. Both rooms were spacious, and there was a small kitchen which was well stocked had we chosen to cook. The breakfast was filling, and there was some variety on the weekend.
Negatives:
Its a small thing.. as a vegetarian it would have been nice to have separate utensils for some of the meals. For example there was sausage one morning in the same tray as pancakes, and only one tong for both of them.
