The staff are very friendly...
Positives:
We drive out for the NHRA Winter Nationals each year and we've been on a quest for a long time to find the best hotel near the track. This wins hands down. Just pulling into the driveway was impressive. The main entrance and the super helpful and friendly lady behind the desk were just as awesome. It was late so my anticipation of a good night sleep was huge. The bed was clean! I'm the type that will throw the pillow is on the floor if there is hair or anything on it. Thank God for a good night's sleep.

Loved the comfort of the room, actually think we got the same room as our last stay there, which we loved.
Negatives:
The late check in times usually tend to cause issues with our trip plans. They did manage to get us in about half an hour earlier though which was pushing it close for our plans but better then not getting in because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to check in till late that night because of our trip plans.

Didn't really like that there was no fan in restroom and that the restroom door was a sliding door instead if a swinging door. Sliding door didn't close enough for privacy.

My overall stay was not bad. However, they overcharged me, and it's been 4 days, and I have not been able to contact anyone from management after multiple attempts.
Negatives:
I was charged an additional $150 for a deposit and did not get refunded for it. They made up charges on my receipt as a revenue fee. I've tried to correct it for reimbursement, but I have not gotten ahold of the manager in the past 4 days. It seems very SKETCHY that there is never a manager on duty to take the call.
