Positives: The room was big, there were a lot of tv stations & staff was professional. Price for room was very reasonable.

Positives: I liked that it was right off the fwy
Negatives: They charged me almost a hundred dollars extra because the kids had left a juice stain on the sheet and I had a little mascara stain on a wash cloth. If the stain was a difficult one to remove then ok but mascara? I have extensions I donÂ't use mascara.

Positives: The Staff
Negatives: All of the pool furniture was stained as was room furniture such as upholstered seats. Linnen was stained. TV Remote was filthy. The pictures look great on website, but in person the property was old and worn out looking. Outside steps were dangerous.

Negatives: The age of the structure, lilttle things like tiny stains on the sheets knicks and paint chipping off the furniture, mold in the tiling of the restroom.

Negatives: The only thing was the people above us were super noisy. I think they had a bunch of kids so they were jumping and making all kinds of noise. I did not complain, because now a days you never know what could happen.

Negatives: My room was dirty. There is a sketchy element hanging in parking lot at all times. Key card kept failing and I had to rerun to the front desk 4 times to get into my room. Overall not a good value. I found a dirty used mask in my room upon arrival..

Negatives: Well I was on the 3rd floor #348 and the ice machine wasn't working. I told the front desk. And my phone didn't work. So I would have to walk to the front desk if I wanted something.

Negatives: The hotel was very dirty. First room was filthy there were fresh stains on the sheets dust everywhere. It said it was a no smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes. The headboards to the beds were all greasy and dirty. Stains on the chair and pillow.

Negatives: This was out of the control of the hotel but i smelled a heavy scent of weed (pot) in the hallway and on the balconies in the back parking lot
