Negatives: There is a new trend at Marriott/Sheraton properties to charge for parking in a non urban location with an empty parking lot. They claim it is so non hotel members won’t park there but rather than get hotel guests something to put on their dash to differentiate us, they penalize guests by making you pay to park in their empty lot. Beyond shameful.

Positives: Best location for attending events at fairplex, nice and warm breakfast services. Front desk provided bottle water if needed.

Negatives: Because of events, there's only 4 people room for me to choose which I went their by myself. So the room and price were a little bit too expensive for me.
