New management listened to my complaints and moved me to a new room for 1 night. Renovationed room was good.
Negatives:
Under construction which was not disclosed when booking, therefore lack of parking spaces. First room (2 nights) had bathroom sink pipe leak, dirty termite looking stuff behind or to side of table/dresser, wall had coffee splashed on it, smokers smell.
