Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Positives:
Front desk associate was so nice. Room was clean. Location is convenient to get around Sacramento.
Negatives:
Homeless and drugs are very present, dealers live here. Lots of dogs. Front door wouldn't shut,had to slam it. No parking for large vehicles such as moving trucks and motorhomes.

I liked that they had more then enough towels stocked in the room. I also loved that they had dishes and utensils for our used upon request.

The TV remote did not work well. We had a hard time controlling the TV with it.

Ac/heater did not work. Beds were uncomfortable, furnishings were dirty, old , I didn't even shower there because it was so bad. Counter had graffiti tagging scratches on them as well at other surfaces. It was what I would call ghetto

I didn't like the fact that rooms were not cleaned every night and you had to go to front desk for an even exchange of towels when you wanted to shower

Shower was broken. Staff had fight with other guest at 3 in morning. Basics like shampoo not included

1). The checking in process was very efficient, and they actually. took into consideration my room preferences which were stated in the Online Registration for the hotel. I didnt have to make any extra call to the hotel in this regard.

My room did not have an in-the-wall hair dryer available for use, but luckily the Registration Desk had a new one in stock. When I returned it to the Desk with room key at checkout, no one was present to verify that I returned the hairdryer in its box.

This hotel should not given any star. Dirty floor and curtin , broken door banged up rooms with Roches everywhere, ( Cock Roches) in the kitchen and on the counter. I have taken a few pictures of roches to up load.

Liked the room size, room furniture (recliner, large multi-use table to eat at or use as a office work space, queen-sized bed, and mini kitchen (cupboards empty) with regular sized fridge, sink, counter-space, and microwave (full-set of dishes and eating utensils upon request).
Negatives:
Room & elevator did have a odor of cigarette smoke. Such a shame to an otherwise nice facility, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room & facility I would think also. Had to turn in the a/c to constant air to help dissipate the initial smoke odor of the room we were in anyway. Wish people would honor the hotel policy.

Nice place to stay if you have a pet, and want a comfortable place to stay, with kitchen amenities in each room. We had

ONLY that it came with a kitchenette. I wasn't needing one at the time, but it was nice to know.
Negatives:
For the price, poor poor quality! felt very insecure as there was homeless right near the parking area that were hanging out& smoking meth. The office knew and I also told the Mcdonalds people (whos parking lot they were in). No one did anything.

Room needed cosmetic repairs. Old cigarette markings on the bathroom sink. Towel rack was pulled loose from the wall. Stale smoke smell in the room. Room was cheaper than Motel 6. But really I thought the price was appropriate and Motel 6 was too expensive.
