Hotel employee at the front desk was welcoming and friendly during all interactions.
Negatives:
The bathroom floor had sticky spots in multiple places, so it was clear the floor had not been mopped. Every mirror had spots or smudges. Housekeeping inspection should have caught these items. Hampton standards are missing here.

Everyone was friendly, good area for where I was visiting and lots of food options near by

All the kids running up and down the hallways knocking on our door, the pulling of the fire alarm so early in the morning and same thing again the following nite

walking on the 3rd floor the floor creaked and the carpet could use some cleaning or replacement. I lived in Rancho Cordova in the 80s and don't remember it ever being as cold as it was and built up.

I only dealt with the desk clerk in the evening and the one in the morning and they were both very pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
It was dirty! The rug in the room was super old and had patches where the rug had been worn out. The chair in the room at the desk, was so dirty. It had stains all over it and the arm rests looked like it was drug through the dirt!

Nothing. This place must be closed

No privacy. No basics in the room. Had to use my own shampoo and soap. Both dink and show were old and run down. WC was moving. Police showed up at the property. Noisy and close to the hwy. You need ear plugs to sleep there
