Hotel employee at the front desk was welcoming and friendly during all interactions.
Negatives:
The bathroom floor had sticky spots in multiple places, so it was clear the floor had not been mopped. Every mirror had spots or smudges. Housekeeping inspection should have caught these items. Hampton standards are missing here.

The first staff member I met, was very accommodating and very friendly.

No privacy. No basics in the room. Had to use my own shampoo and soap. Both dink and show were old and run down. WC was moving. Police showed up at the property. Noisy and close to the hwy. You need ear plugs to sleep there

The staff is always so kind. The heated indoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast and noon checkout are my favorite things about this property.
Negatives:
Our suite had a strong canine odor whenever we used the heater. It also aggravated myself & my son's allergies. Nightly parking rates are not really advertised but rather they are deducted from your deposit.

Under staffed breakfast staff. Also, not enough food replenishment in a timely way. Both mornings, there was not sufficient supplies of plates and bowls. The lone worker was pleasant, hard working and apologetic.
