I was in town for work. Check-in & check-out were a breeze, the room was spacious and had everything I needed for the couple of days I stayed like the microwave and full-size fridge (didn't use the stovetop but glad it was available!) I only ate breakfast the last day I stayed since I had no time the other days, but there were plenty of options! The location is also so convenient since there's restaurants and shops around. I wouldn't mind going back in the future.
Negatives:
I was aware of the 10$ parking fee after booking so wasn't surprised at check-in, but yeah pretty pricey. There was also a random piece of bolt/nut below the A/C, and a sticky-looking stain on the corner wall that I saw when I laid down on the bed. The bed was too soft for me as well.

Positives:
The breakfast typical of this type of hotel with a HUGE exception. They have stopped using styrofoam and plastics. It made a huge difference not only for the environment but also in actually eating breakfast. BTW the lovely lady in charge of the kitchen greeted everyone with a smile! Room had been updated a bit so was comfortable, it had everything you need. Plenty of free parking is a real plus to this property as well as it's location to everything.
Negatives:
Since I was staying for 5 nights I thought it would have been nice to have a room with a better position and not a window partly blocked by a wall.
