Negatives: Beds are too firm for my liking. Ants in the bathroom and kitchen, slip and fall from bathtub too narrow for bigger feet. No hot water in the shower at first check in then was moved to another room which is then where the ants were and the slip and fall.

Negatives: I didn’t like that there was ants in the kitchen area. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all, had gaps. Toilet sit was broken and the lighting wasn’t great.

Negatives: The cleanliness of the facility. When I first checked in I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat and a long dark hair on the rolled towels above. Did not look like they cleaned the bathroom. Then when I went to go warm up my food there was the previous guests leftover food in the microwave. Disgusting! God only knows how long that was in there for. But when the manager was notified after, she said sorry and proceeded to not to do anything to rectify the situation. Sad part for poor management.
