Positives:
The location, the restaurant and food , and especially the restaurant staff were excellent the waiters and bussing were very nice and friendly
Negatives:
The room smelled very heavily of cleaning detergent on check in like they had just cleaned carpets with chemicals , not kidding, way above usual.
The room was very dated and needs an upgrade
The front desk had a hard time checking us in and there were no smiles and they told us nothing about the amenities like tennis, spa resort facilities INCLUDING THE FREE SHUTTLE TO OUR TENNIS EVENT which would have saved us a lot of trouble. Other than the restaurant and restaurant staff,I felt like i was staying at the holiday inn express for 800$/night without the free breakfast.
