Staff friendly and room clean, but terrible lighting - only harsh overhead lights, no lamps, mattress was ok but sat on a metal box that clanged if you touched it with your foot. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower, location seemed dicey, I was concerned about whether my car would be safe parked there. I’m not fussy but this was too bare bones for me.

Star-Rating (Booking.com) said motel was better than average. It was absolutely the worst human environment in all of Bakersfield. Average folks should never make this mistake!
