We did not stay the rooms (because they gave us a few options) were disgusting, filthy, fleas in one of the rooms and we were promised a refund we still have not received because we did NOT stay.

That the hotel was eight off the freeway
Negatives:
It literally took 40 minutes for the worker to come to the office. When we finally OT to the room it smelled like cigarettes and weed. The walls were torn, the towels were dirty, the dresser was empty it was just a frame (degutted) and the refrigerator was sitting out and smelled.

Where do I start! Smoke smell in first room was overpowering so we asked to move. Only two out of six lights in second room work, wifi does not work, no coffee facilities or hair dryer as was advertised, bathroom is dirty, water runs rusty initially, toilet does not flush properly, and even second room smelt of smoke.

I had a clean bed to sleep in.

I was put in a room for handicapped people and I am not handicapped. Was difficult to stay in and much of the furniture had scratches and dings in the wood. Other customers were complaining when I arrived.
