I was put in a room for handicapped people and I am not handicapped. Was difficult to stay in and much of the furniture had scratches and dings in the wood. Other customers were complaining when I arrived.

there were bugs outside the hotel. cockroaches running outside. the front door to the hotel we had had enough space for them to crawl through. Had to put a blanket along the bottom of the door so we don't get any critters in our room.

Good location for reaching anywhere in Redding. The carpet seemed new. Staff was very nice.
Negatives:
My room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Pet hair on the one chair in the room and on both bedspreads. Paint peeled of the bathroom door. Dirty walls with dripping stains. Dust all over the furniture. Mirrors dirty. Ice machine broken. This is a hotel that seems to have people living here, complete with sidewalk chalk outside some rooms and loaded couples screaming the eff word at each other in the parking lot.

First they over charged me and then i had to pay a deposit of 250 cash .the room was dirty the towels where dirty the bath dub was dirty the bed was broke in the middle so it caved in when i went to ask them for another room she had told me they were all booked but for the suit i said ok well can i look at it she said it would cost more i said fine she said they cant rent it ...out of no where so i just travled from LA 10 hrs trip i was super tired the other hotel where full so i had taken the room when i asked for clean towels she had told they had none untill tomorrow after check out....trebbile experience ..when i asked for a refund she told me she couldnt refund me the money till the next day when her boss was there and that i would only get half because of some cancellation fee...idk..but the worst worst hotel

Probably how close it is to shopping. And there was no breakfast.
Negatives:
I was charged wrong. July 4th is not a good day for a new employee to have her first day by herself. But she did great with other customers. When the next employee came in that's when they got really weird a little too casual for business.

Well the building is old. Been there long time before I was born. The rooms have been upgrades so interior looks pretty darn good in comparison to the outside appeal.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the ice machine never had any ice. Plus the pool was too chlorinated.
