We loved that the parking lot had a guard.Traveling along I-5 with a car full of belongings, this was much appreciated. The desk staff, manager, and breakfast people were all very friendly. the room was quiet and very comfortable.

It was clean. The breakfast was good and is set up in the CR Gibbs restaurant which is cool.

Expensive and incidentals were ridiculous! Noisy. Updated but windows paper thin. An outside hotel. Freeway right there. people talking loud. Thin walls. No blackout curtains!!! Tv was garbage never stay at a best western again.

The room was a handicap room and so close to the freeway your could hear the traffic We did not know it was a designated handicap room when booking. It was a predetermined location. Not a good idea not to tell us on the phone.

Nothing This is a motel not a hotel. It seems like an older building. The was dirty with spots on the floor . The sheets and the pillows smell like a dog and old sweat very disgusting. In the bedroom there were long black hairs all over the towels.

The soap and the shampoo ware completely empty. the room is very loud (street noise and other guests) I can't believe I paid $---for what was basically a Motel 6

Staff was very nice and the location was very close to numerous family style events. I dont want to have to type so many characters to comply with a simple survey. This is starting to get boring and I am probably going to stop after this and not finish it

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site was extremely good for dinner.
Negatives:
The breakfast was really disappointing- especially in light of how good the restaurant is! No variety from day to day and nothing was kept hot properly. There was oatmeal/ porridge and could make toast, and started to ask staff for mugs of boiling water to make tea ( even the hot water in flask wasnt hot!) so not a major problem but it was disappointing in otherwise good hotel.

Enjoy the location, friendly staff and Rosie checked us in even though it was so busy with customers. Love the fact that the hotel has a nice restaurant and we do not have to go anywhere else for dinner. Good breakfast included.

Relaxing stay as driving South
Positives:
The favorite part of the property is the restaurant thats attached to it. The breakfast is great, the staff is great. We had dinner there and it was good too. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Our big issue was that it seemed that where the door that connected the next room over (which was closed and locked) seemed like there was nothing there. So much noise came through it was difficult to go to sleep. The room was rather narrow, but it did the job for staying a night.
