Very outdated room. Bathroom door was very old and had strips of wood missing
Room in disrepair. Air conditioner was having problems.
Location: very close to the beach and other activites
I stayed in many hotels in our two weeks vacation in northern California. This hotel is overpriced for the facilities given. bathroom faucet loose. Shower leaking. reported the issues to the font desk. may be they fixed it by now.
I liked the enormous spider and the bat that lived on the porch.
I didnÂ't like getting called to the lobby at midnight because the innkeeper didnÂ't finish the job of checking me in at 10:30 at night. Then I was accidentally double charged for the room. The check out time says 12 but is actually 11. It was lame.
Location and front desk staff
Room smelt like cigarettes and the hotel would not allow room change. Garbage left in the room from previous Guests. Tear in rugs, chipped tiles in bathroom, chipped paint in room
The employees were very nice. The pool, bed, and pillows were nice.
This should not be a 3 star hotel. It was very dirty in the hallways, it smelled like smoke and marijuana, and they don't clean the rooms very well. There was someone's dirty shirt in our bathroom and pee on the toilet.
Hotel was old but charming. Owner did the best to retrofit the old establishment. Very Clean but hardwood floors collect dusts easier. Still better than run down carpets. Breakfast was excellent. First floor balcony made un/loading luggages easy.
lack of elevator for other travellers with me.
Location, friendly staff. Clean. Pictures on website werenÂ't deceiving. I got what I saw. Nothing hidden.
Breakfast menu. Not a lot going on and for the price, not very good. Quartered red potatoes for breakfast that were obviously heated up from the day before, I know this because IÂ've been working in kitchens all my life. Server was awesome though.
True that the hotel is showing itÂ's age to the mattresses were really old and so was the furniture for what they charge in price they need to upgrade in order for people to want to come back
In the right area And good size rooms
Beds are uncomfortable, flat pillows, stains on carpet, food left in fridge, and coffee pot did not work
Setting and layout is interesting. Rooms are nice and have walkout patio areas!
Night staff had the door shut and I stood there for like 10 minutes before knocking to get him to open...I already had a reservation but got in late. He was then pretty short with me and you had no honeymoon upgrades but the hotel was fairly empty!
I had everything I could want- a good restaurant on-site, a pool, it was quiet, a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do.
Much better than the Pendleton OR Red Lion. The chain still need to upgrade their rooms with fresh paint and carpet or hardwood flooors.
Pricing and quality of stay, King bed was excellent
