Positives: Staff was polite and room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable. Good TV with decent selection of channels. Proximity to stores and places to eat was good. Air conditioner worked well.

Negatives: There was aLot of vagrant people in the area. When we were outside we were approached by some who requested money from us. We did not feel safe outside the room. The parking lot is different levels, narrow aisles and very tight parking spaces. We had trouble with the room key working and had to go back 3 times before getting a key that worked.

Positives: Comfortable, great AC, clean

Negatives: Wifi was absurdly slow, could not even send text messages on my phone. room 212 has the furniture placed in a way that all the outlets are not being utilized correctly. Had to unplug microwave to charge laptop. I really wish more hotels would give more detailed information about their wifi. Theyd be surprised at how many places people pass up because of it.

Positives: Did not partake. We were out of the room very early in the morning,

Negatives: I requested an ADA compliant room. Was told when we got there, it wasn't available. I did not get to take a shower the next morning because I can't get in a bath tub. I resent having to put a $100.00 deposit on my credit card in case we caused any damage to the room or took any of the stuff. Firstly, I can afford to buy whatever the hell I want and there wasn't anything in the room worth stealing. They had my CDL number and all my personal information so it wouldn't have been difficult to find me.

Negatives: I couldn't stay there because I lived in the same city. I have a disability that requires me to stay close to the place I am going which in this case was my dermatologist The owner was called and he didn't care of my disability. I had made the booking.com over 2 weeks ago and they never let me know about their discriminatory policy.
