I didn't get to stay bc I paid a local homeless veteran to help me with my luggage upstairs bc I'm a disabled veteran myself and I will help out a fellow soldier any day. The receptionist hurried up after me insinuating I lied about my credentials and informed me there is a "no local" policy. The receptionist then invoked the "right to refuse service" after I just paid over $200 and $100 deposit. I was informed to leave property at once or the authorities will arrive on premises.

The bed seemed clean and was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The floor was dirty and had dead flies. The walkway up to the room was filthy as was the doormat. When I turned on the shower water went everywhere, the paint on the ceiling above the shower was chipped away from the water leak... and the toilet wasn't bolted down to the floor properly.
