Positives: The hotel is far enough away from major roads to avoid most of the traffic noise. It is clean and comfortable enough and at a decent price. Coffee in the morning was decent. Staff were nice and polite.

Negatives: The room could use renovation; the rugs, sheets and towels all felt old and in need of replacement. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough to allow sleep but not enough to wake up feeling well rested.
