Positives: Refrigerator in the room. Still wish you had a ice machine for the guests. We had the room at the end of the hall on the top floor-Quiet. Security walking around the parking lot. Breakfast-muffins!
Negatives: There was no shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Who would bother to ask front desk for them after settled in the room? Only offer one plastic cup in the room! Found a live silverfish on the bathroom floor.

Positives: Friendly, helpful, lovely Great coffee
Negatives: Bed too low & too soft, pillows too soft, chair impossible to get out of, noisy toilet, if I wanted heat I had to listen to the loud, annoying fan because it wouldn’t turn off, when fan first turned on I got cold air blowing out at least 2-3 minutes until it got warm, generally a very uncomfortable room

Positives: Nothing.. this hotel is absolutely horrible! First, my girlfriend and I walk into the room and the door is broken. The door jam is literally held together by a folded piece of paper and glue. So you actually do not even need a key to get into the room. You basically just push the door open. Now being a LGBT couple of two females, that's a little concerning . Also there was ants on the counter when we walked in the room. My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights. On the first night my girlfriend went to the front desk asking to use 2 bowls and and two spoons for cereal. The woman behind the front desk looked at my girlfriend and said "no we don't have that" and "what room are you in? Do you even stay here?" My girlfriend explained to the this woman that she just watched her come in from outside using the hotel key to open the front doors.. my girlfriend was upset and irritated... She came back to the room and told me what happened.. I went back up to the front desk about 2 hours later and asked a woman at the desk and she handed me the bowls and spoons no problem... Our thoughts about that is because my girlfriend has short hair and dresses in more boyish clothing, the clerk automatically disliked my girlfriend... Now moving on to the second day. Check out time is 11am. My girlfriend and I wanted to shower before we checked out, and since this is the second day of our stay, we wanted clean towels to use. So I went up to the front desk and asked the man at the counter if I could possibly have a set of clean towels since it was out second day in the room and wasnt given any clean linens from the maid yet. Joseph said for me to go grab the towels from my room. So I went and grabbed all the towels from my room. I brought them to Joseph and he then said "I will have these washed and dried for you and I'll call you when they are ready " I then said "why can't I just trade in my old towels for a fresh set?".
