Nothing at all. The front desk woman when we checked in was nice.

I asked weeks ahead of time for a handicapped room. I was in a wheelchair and a platform walker because I had 2 broken wrists, broken femur, shattered ankle, and broken ribs. When I went to book, there was no option for a handicapped room, so I contacted them right away asking if one was available. Upon check-in, I told her again , she said yes, but my walker and my wheelchair could not reach the bathroom. Or between the beds. The shower was also not a usable situation for me. It was a tub, and the toilet was very low to the ground.
