People loitering in the parking lot entrance, No Soap, No glasses, dingy towels, tattered bedspread. Knobs on the a/c unit were worn beyond recognition, not able to tell what function the button was for on the unit. The TV wasn’t connected to cable.

This room was awful it had no fitted sheets to accommodate the size of the bed so they used 2 sheets. When asked they said that's why they have the plastic on the mattress. I had to keep getting up and fixing the sheet to protect myself from sleeping on the plastic. I explained to her about sweating on the plastic as everybody else does too. Just unsanitary. And drugs on the premises. Someone overdosed on fentanyl !!! We left right away. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone !!!!! Just awful !

Nightmare at Palms Inn Hotel ?

Only two ladies that worked there were nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The room was infested with cockroachs, my son and I have bites all over our arms and face and feet. the fridge didn't work, the toilet wobbled every time you sat down. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi did not work. The male workers were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to help when we asked for clean towels and toiletries. I have photos of all the bites my son and I have. It was nothing like that advertisement.

turned on the lite? Didn't wanna sleep in the beds from fear of bugs & didn't wanna put our stuff down anywhere so we don't take any bugs hitchhiking?
