Shower pressure was weak, fan is loud, poor picture quality on tv, sketchy area, poor amount of customer service at front desk…only one person checking guests in and constantly answering the phone, front doors do not open automatically, it was difficult traveling alone to keep the doors open while carrying several items in and out

I booked a king size room, showed up & they downgraded us to two queen bed room with a wet bar They said it was an upgrade, it’s cheaper online which makes no sense.
Can’t go barefoot in the room as the floor is supper sticky.
The button on the AC unit is broken.
The top of the shower head was off, the shower head barely sprays.
There were stickers all over the bathroom wall.

Sign says they have to turn off the hot water from 2-4pm everyday due to having issues with their heater system.
Supper janky, don’t stay here !
