Positives:
room was spacious with two queen-sized beds, a very strong air conditioner with easy temperature adjustments, a variety of tv channels, a microwave, coffee, and mini fridge in the room. Very good water pressure in bathroom with good quality shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer, iron in room. Breakfast had many choices and the beds were very comfortable. Above all the price was a bargain, considering all the amenities. The hotel location is close to many different restaurants and stores at walking distance.
Negatives:
some scratches on front of furniture, something that could easily be covered, and the shelf of the credenza drawers were broken off the frame, but nothing that we could not live with.

Our room door handle was broken. Hotel claims to be smoke free, but one of the rooms next to mine the smoke detector kept going off because they were constantly smoking pot. People smoking cigarettes directly next to the side doors, so you could smell the cigarette smoke inside the hotel. This is NOT what I would classify as smoke-free. I will be reporting this violation. Also, they’re “pet friendly” but charge a whopping $22 per pet and ask for a $100 deposit for the rooms. This hotel is STEEP for the price. I would not spend that much money on this hotel. It’s not worth it. My dogs are crated almost at all times inside hotel (aside from walking to the exit door and using the restroom outside) so paying $44/night for my dogs to stay in an crate is repulsive. They’re basically robbing you for that price.

Check in was at 3pm and I and my husband along with my daughters with their husbands arrived about 25 minutes early and we were told that check in was at three and it would be ok to have a seat until check in time. Well at 3pm our total of three rooms were not available yet. other people came in after us and they had their rooms. It took a bit to get checked in.
In the morning at breakfast, I didn't like the server who a woman. She stood off to the side just staring at everyone with not a happy face or smile. I felt like we had to hurry to eat and like we were uncomfortable.
