They need more cleaning in the rooms, they smell bad and the bathrooms are not very clean. I found hair and dry skin on the sheets, as if they didn't put clean sheets on them. They didn't have shampoo or conditioner. I asked for service for Sunday. They didn't give me service. It was too much. that I paid for how dirty the room was and the bad dirty smell it had

Best stay ever traveling with my 2 service animals, with potty stations for them conveniently nearby. All ground floor rooms are pet friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, esp. watching my pancakes cooking through the cooker's window. Staff is so helpful.
