Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean with plenty of towels, 2 cups, 2 soaps.

No shampoo bottles, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower caps, etc. Shower handles were difficult to learn.

The front desk staff was friendly and the location was close to downtown LA, plus had great food places nearby that were a short drive or walk away.

The room wasn’t clean aside from the sheets and towels, and the room reeked of cigarettes that lingered on our clothing.

The lady at the check-in was rude and was frowning at us upon entry. They have no house keeping. The rooms are infested with fleas. We had several bug bites during our stay. All around the property is covered with dog feces. They treat their guests like criminals; I was asking for new keys because I left them in my room and the lady kept asking me about my ID which I told her multiple times it’s in the room and I got locked out. She forces me to go bring my ID for her after I got into my room.

I had booked a room and when I had gotten there the lady told me that it was canceled. But thankfully she was able to help me out and still book me for the same price I had originally had it for.
