They did not honor the booking.com reservation. It was not in their system. After an hour of talking to customer service with both the Marriott and Booking.com we were so tired we paid for our room seperately and now will have to deal with being billed from booking and the Marriott. Same hotel just billed twice. Marriott’s bill was higher but to their credit they comped us breakfast for our trouble. I would have rather they honor the reservation with Booking and allowed us to get to our room before midnight.

We were there just for...

Location was great, the staff were all very nice and the price was reasonable.
Negatives:
It was 105 and we were absolutely looking to have a pool which unfortunately turned out to be unavailable. We were offered to use the hotel next doors pool which was inconvenient. The ice machine wasn’t working and the pull out sofa bed that my grandson needed to sleep on was so horrible with springs coming out of the mattress that he opted to sleep on the floor.
