Well I'm gonna start by saying that the staff are awesome they go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable staying here they give great customer service they always try to help this is the great hotel to stay if you need help booking or getting a room go to Henry, Michelle, Yesenia. They are great

Positives:
We went to the front lobby at 9:22 a.m. and there was no breakfast there. We have been told the night before that they would be grab-and-go breakfast but there was nothing for us to eat in the lobby other than the vending machine.
Negatives:
I did not like the fact that there were no handicap units available. I am handicapped and am unable to walk upstairs comfortably and there was absolutely no room for me to stay in other than a room on the second floor. It caused me great discomfort to have to go up the stairs.

Positives:
The location was close by Old Town and the freeway. My room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom in particular was spotless, very clean. I see that some people think the beds are too firm, I like my bed firm so that was okay.
Negatives:
My only complaint the motel had no control over. It was 111° both days ugh
