We had a one night stay prior to the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the location to not only our final family destination, but to food and drink, shopping, gas and grocery. The room was fantastic with the kitchenette fully functional and the generous room size. Modestly decorated yet extremely comfortable with couch pillows and tv trays. The staff was kind, smiling/happy, assertive and knowledgeable. A gem to find.
Negatives:
Only reason for a 9 is that we didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities (pool, gym, outdoor area), so I won't dignify this question as all was too well.

my room was not ready when we checked in. We got to the room and there were bags of garbage, other peoples’ bath towels on the floor, bed was slept on by someone else. We had to come back down and waited till 11:30 pm. The front guy cleaned the room, the bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and around the sink. Made the whole experience terrible. The stove was also not wiped, carpet was sticky. So I bought shower slipper for my daughter and me to walk around in.
