I booked a room for double beds with 3 adults. There was no blankets with only 2 pillows. The staff told me that was the only room he had left , the blanket was stolen, and no adequate supplies came in to replenish the shortage. He mentioned that he almost wanted to cancel my reservation. I understand that my room rate was affordable, but I was not aware of the challenges I had encountered until I checked in the room. I will not book a room again with motel 6. I wish the owner/manager can be more upfront for me to make the decision if I would like to stay in such a room.
