The only sink in the room was not draining well on check in date. Told the front desk personnel the next day. He came to try to fix the sink but could not. Instead, the sink now could not drain. He left a mess for us (guests) to clean up. He neither offered to move us to another room, nor called a plumber to fix the sink. We informed another staff the following day. She apologized and told us that she will give us a discount. That did not happen at all, as we had booked our stay through booking.com. We were only told about the no discount when we asked at check out. We were inconveniently using the bath tub tap for wash ups and brushing our teeth. We emailed the manager of the hotel once we got home, but have not received any response at all.

Horrible smell of cigarettes throughout the whole building. Bathroom was dirty. Toilets only flush if you hold the handle down for a water cycle.

When I showed up, no one was at the counter. Called and could hear the phone ringing in the back, no answer. Worker showed up almost 10 minutes later from a side exit, no signage stating will be right back. Around 9pm we started to smell something like it was burning. Very unpleasant smell. We opened our door around 10pm and they must of been cleaning something because the entire hallway smelt horrible.
