Negatives: Hotel is dirty (dusty staircases) and in disrepair (worn old carpeting). Not sure if this hotel is being used for homeless vouchers, the people in and around the hotel did not appear to be regular hotel guests. Not a 3.5 star hotel to me

Negatives: Put us in farthest section of hotel with many homeless around. At 10 pm the adjoining room people tried to break in to our room. Front desk was unconcerned until I said I would have police move us. Then they escorted us to a new room. Bad experience

Negatives: Even though restaurants in Sacramento were accommodating indoor dining, the dining room was closed, and the only food they offered was "limited takeout" to take to your room, and did not offer any food on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays!!

Positives: Pleasant staff, and given what they had to work with, the cleaning staff had done a good job.
Negatives: Litter over the parking lots. Baseboards etc falling apart, sound of toilet Mixing every 10 sec all night long. Paper-thin walls. I could hear everything going on in all neighboring rooms and down the hall all night. This was in the Arden Wing.
