Not good at all
Positives:
The facility was not well maintained and it felt like a room rented out by the hour. People outside would walk and I could feel the ground shake. If it wasn't midnight (3am from the time zone I came from) I wouldn't have stayed there. I literally woke up and left as soon as possible.

Two of us had rooms for the night. Both were not clean. There were noises outside, including people screaming almost all night. My colleague literally left the hotel around 3 AM and went and booked another hotel. I was only staying for one night so I tough it out. This place was horrible.

The location is within walking distance of the convention center. Parking lot was not covered so it provided the height I needed for our tall work van.
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, as is someone smoked in the room. The shelf above the closet rack was very dirty and I had to wipe it down several times before I could put my clothes on it. There was no weather stripping on the bottom of the room door so I heard everything in the parking lot, on the landing, on the nearby street, loudly. The windows in the bathroom would not close completely. The bed was beyond firm, it felt like a hard surface covered by a sheet. The blanket was very thin and not adequate to keep me warm.

EXTREMELY DIRTY. I wish I took pictures... there was drippings on the walls, surfaces were grainy and sticky, I was honestly worried to even brush up against the wall. I would have paid more money for a cleaner room
