NOTHING good bout this property!

It seems the state houses the homeless on this property, we have ppl hanging around our room asking for gas/ food money. Property is really GHETTO!!!! There was only 1 person (Ben) at the front desk that knew how to check-in a third party reservations (booking.com). I had visited the front desk several times explaining of my two reservations, requesting rooms near by...even though I booked this property months in advance. Olena at the front desk had NO CLUE of accepting my reservations! She was ready to charge me the full amount, till I told her I paid for both rooms in full with booking.com and the other female who was helpful although had NO training, I asked for a manager, she stated they never have a manager on site! NEVER AGAIN!!! Booking.com should take this property off their site immediately!!!
