Between Sunday, Mar 16th, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Mar 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Mar 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Mar 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Convenience to food and freeways, the staff was amazing.

Negatives: The floors weren’t clean, springs from mattress were digging into you shivering to sleep, it was really dirty inside and out. Also I had requested late check out, the guy wrote it down and said ok no problem, at 10:30 am they’re pounding on the door like the police and then again at 11, so the communication between staff was not there.
