Some of the staff really needs to learn better customer service support free breakfast was held behind the counter. Many insects around the hotel. They say theyll bring you your amenities, but you have to come grab them yourself that should be taken out.

The manager was awesome. I initially had an issue with the room I was placed in the first night. After letting him know I was moved quickly and was comped a bit. Most employees were kind and helpful.

The rooms need an update and most smell of smoke. The dryers are horrendous and take multiple cycles to dry anything. I was stolen from - sort of my own fault but given my circumstances I was without an alternative until later that morning I was got.

Everything! The hotel had loitering and poor security. I made a request for the front desk to check on a issue in the room and he never came. The housekeeper argued with a guess loud and in public view after I checked in. My room was not cleaned.

Was really quiet and seemed safe me and my kids walked around the building around 9pm just to get them tired and to wind down it was really quiet and security is always outside

When we first arrived we were given a dirty room which was unfortunate over all it was a good experience but the dirty room was upsetting because I have 2 babies and I had to carry everything to the second floor then had to gather everything to go up

When we the room was really dirty the floor hadn't been cleaned grease on the stove and it didn't work ring around the bathroom tub we cleaned everything we would never recommend anybody staying here.

This was an absolute last choice as our other booking property had cancelled at the last minute.
Negatives:
Our room was dated, FILTHY, their were clumps of hair all over the floor, smelled like urine and cigarettes. It did not appear to be cleaned at all. There are multiple broken down vehicles in the parking lot and very odd behaviors from the room next to us.
