The hotel itself is fine. Reason for low score is the homeless encampment facing front door. Homeless walking through parking lot. A gated hotel would help. For this reason I will not return. Felt unsafe!

Close off the freeway to locations we needed.

1. When we arrived Friday night - the door would not open & staff were just chatting inside. Finally, one security person opened the door. I approached the counter - the Concierge did not even acknowledge us nor look up for over 30 seconds. Rude!!!!

Check in was at 3 and our room wasnt ready. There was no where to sit to eat the breakfast.
