Positives: The staff is fabulous...very professional and welcoming.

Negatives: The bed was not comfortable. It's not isolated to this particular hotel, BTW. Steel spring mattresses are a dinosaur. I'm sure the people at Leesa, Casper or Purple would give u a deal if you ordered a ton of their mattresses. The free wifi is terribly slow. Unacceptable in 2022.

Negatives: our room by highway, you can here the traffic and pillows suck no support. and our room didn’t get cleaned on second night. Also our tub was not draining, took care of it right away, but you can see the water stain from tub having this problem for a while.
