The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to closing time for breakfast, and the dining staff still served us. The beds were comfy.
Negatives:
We were overcharged on our bill, and now we have to go through disputing charges. We were offered a $25 dollar a day credit and didn't receive any credit at all. The hot tub wasn't working, and I felt as a Hilton Honors memeber this hotel was lacking compared to those I've stayed in and overpriced.
Doesn't seem like the hotel works well with third party booking. I had to call repeatedly about my early arrival and didn't receive my credits. I really feel like I was scammed.
