Negatives: I was not informed that the room would not be cleaned during my stay, which was a surprise to me. There was an issue with water on the floor in the bathroom and I don't know where it was coming from. Other than that it was a pleasant room and stay.

Positives: Everything was good except for the staff when checking in.they wanted to collect an additional $12 a day for parking and they said they have been doing so for 10 years. I asked that they show me on their web sit this fee and they could not, we got it off
Negatives: The bill. We checked all the web sites and found nothing about a parking fee. We're sure they were pocketing this money as it didn't show up on the bill. We won't be using the Hilton any more because of this.

Negatives: Some reason they charged my card $11 three times ??? And IÂ'm waiting to see what happens cuz I canÂ't call and dispute it till it actually goes through. Just a lil confused cuz no one mentioned a $11 hold/charge let alone 3 times

Negatives: Nonchalant staff. Forgot to provide a ticket to leave the parking lot at check out. When I returned to the lobby for the ticket, she just looks dumbfounded and throws me the ticket without saying anything.

Positives: The hotel itself was horrible! Dirty, staff, security guards werenÂ't wearing mask! The room needs a lot of upgrades and an overhaul in cleanliness. It smelled like weed and had a mildew in the bathroom.
Negatives: Is not adhering to the CDC guidelines of group gathering; since there was parties, group gathering down at the lobby. Hello... we are in a pandemic and the staff should be wearing face mask and enforcing CDC guidelines, disappointments and dirty!
