I was a little upset because when listed on the internet it said breakfast, which I thought that when hotels listed breakfast it meant complimentary. It was not complimentary, it was a restaurant where you were seated and had to pay, disappointing.
There was also an issue with our checkin since we did it through a third party (booking.com) and the hotel could not find our reservation. When they finally gave us a room and we got all the way up to the 9th floor where our room was, it was the wrong room. I had paid $166 for a room with two queens so that me and my Roomate could have our own beds after I long travel day. Instead it was one king, another disappointment. We did not complain because we were exhausted and did not want to go through the process of switching rooms.

Confusing Check In

The staff were every welcoming. One of the ladies came up to my room to help me out with the heater I wasn't sure why the heater kept coming on when it was supposed to be off but she fixed it for us and the rest of the night was comfortable

The shower didn't have any hot water. That was the only downside to my stay
