Positives: Location and price
Negatives: The bathroom was in bad condition. The door was old and had dents and glue leaking from it. The tub was in bad shape, dents, spots etc. There was extreme noise from 10pm to 4:30am. I called front desk 3x because I heard what sounded like shots. People on my floor ex tremely loud on floor inside and outside of room. I spoke with front desk agent and asked for a manager for I got no sleep and no one answered the phone. I felt in danger as well. The front desk agent said the manager was helping someone and he will have PK ( no full name. Unprofessional) call me. I received no call. I called back later after check out. Front desk said he will be in tomorrow. I called today and front desk says he will be in tomorrow. Horrible service and no access to anyone who can help. I am looking to advise and get a refund.

Positives: Only positive thing I can say is that the water pressure was nice and strong. I was able to wash my hair in no time.
Negatives: Location was horrible. Lots of suspicious activities going on the premises. Did not feel safe at all. Pool was disgusting. Jacuzzi was green and dirty as well. Old, outdated furniture that smelled. Room was a designated non smoking room but it definitely reeked of smoke on the walls and furniture. Walls were poorly patched, dirty and stained carpets, tub was disgusting, had stains and hair in it (not sure if it wasn’t cleaned properly or if the tub was just disgusting altogether). Front desk staff was not helpful. While I was waiting in line to check in/out, other customers were there complaining of roaches in their rooms, rooms being dirty and customers demanding refund bc of false advertisement, etc. front desk staff was not helpful, he had no compassion or customer service abilities, and did not offer these guests any solutions or hope. His constant response was “you have to talk to my manager”. But when guests ask for the manager, his response was always “he’s not available”, “he’s in a meeting”, etc. i was frustrated for the other guests, and I was just waiting in line for my turn “to be helped”.
