Between Thursday, Sep 19th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The location was fantastic! However, the check-in experience could have been better. The receptionist (Emily, I believe?) had a bit of an attitude and made a point of reminding us that we had booked through a third party. When I inquired about an additional $200 charge, she said it was for the hotel amenities. I explained that we had already paid for the amenities, at which point she changed it to being for "incidentals." Additionally, the pool staff made us feel rushed. They repeatedly tried to sell us drinks and snacks, to the point where I almost wanted to say, "Could you provide a sign that we can turn on when we need something?" After we stopped ordering, they brought us the bill, and it felt like we were expected to leave. We simply wanted to enjoy the afternoon by the pool, especially since we had already paid the $48 per person amenity fee.

Positives: Very nice and clean but lacked class in the evening very different vibe in the evenings

Negatives: We found a blow up sex doll in the elevator I took my 10 year old to a concert and did not expect this type of activity then I did not receive the amenities that were included with the package I ordered they did not even honor my vallet parking that was included that I had found out it was included after I checked out and paid $56 just for parking. I stayed two nights!
